It’s about building trust through consistency and honoring the communities we serve by keeping our commitments.

We honor the right of individuals and communities to define our own futures. Sovereignty reflects our belief in self-determination, mutual respect, and the need for dismantling of systems that perpetuate oppression. In our work, this often translates as outside-the-box thinking and developing bold new pathways.

For us, right action means prioritizing decisions and strategies that align with justice and sustainability, and then taking action, even (especially!) when it requires courage and/or challenges the status quo. 

Repair means intentionally addressing the deep harms caused by centuries of harmful systems practices rooted in patriarchal and colonial mindsets. We prioritize our own healing and repair work, whether our ancestors were oppressors or those oppressed. Then, together, we work to dismantle and replace harmful systems and mindsets with justice and equity.
